02Cookies, analytics and tracking

This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics tools, advertising pixels, social media plugins or any other third-party scripts. Fonts are served from the same domain, so loading them does not share your IP address with external providers.

If you switch the colour theme (light / dark), your choice is saved in your browser’s storage (localStorage) under the key “theme”. It stays on your device, is never sent anywhere and cannot be used to identify you. You can remove it by clearing this site’s data in your browser settings.

03Hosting and technical data

The website is hosted on Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc.). Every time a page loads, your browser sends technical data — including your IP address, the date and time of the request, the requested page and information about your browser and operating system. Cloudflare processes this data on my behalf solely to deliver the website and protect it against attacks and abuse.

I do not keep visitor logs or statistics myself and do not combine this data with any other information. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in keeping the website running and secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Cloudflare may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. The company participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, and transfers rely on the European Commission’s adequacy decision and standard contractual clauses.

04E-mail contact

If you e-mail me, I process your e-mail address, your name (if you provide it), the content of your message and any details you choose to share — such as your company name or website address.

I do this to reply and — if you ask for it — to prepare a quote or enter into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and otherwise based on my legitimate interest in handling correspondence (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Providing your data is voluntary, but without an e-mail address I cannot reply.

I keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and, if we work together, for the duration of the cooperation and until any claims become time-barred or legal (e.g. tax) retention obligations expire.

05Recipients

Your data may only be shared with the providers I use to run the website and e-mail: the website hosting provider (Cloudflare) and the e-mail provider (webh.pl). They process it on my instructions under data processing agreements. I do not sell your data or share it for marketing purposes.

06Your rights

You have the right to:

• access your data and receive a copy of it,
• have inaccurate data corrected,
• have your data erased,
• restrict processing,
• data portability for data provided under a contract,
• object to processing based on legitimate interest,
• lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Poland, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw), or the authority in your country of residence.

To exercise any of these rights, simply send me an e-mail. Your data is not used for automated decision-making or profiling.

If the way this website works changes — for example, a contact form or a new tool is added — I will update this policy. The date of the latest change is shown below.
